Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and conference room logistics
- Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
- Support employees with administrative tasks and promptly address their inquiries and office needs to enhance their experience
- Oversee the employee onboarding/ Offboarding process and implement welfare plans
- Coordinate logistics and administrative requirements for ongoing projects and team-building activities
- Share responsibility with the IT Manager for equipment maintenance, Ensure physical and environmental security in the workplace
- Execute employee engagement programs and events to nurture a positive work environment
- Happy hours: Weekly and special occasions
- Plan and execute the company’s annual event, team-building activities, and well-being initiatives, including workshops and company events
