Optimite is a retention marketing agency for ecommerce brands, specializing in email, SMS, and lifecycle programs. They are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to manage the execution of high-performing email campaigns and ensure flawless delivery and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
- Ensure every campaign follows naming conventions, correct audience segments, and proper tagging
- Conduct test sends, fix rendering issues, and verify UTM parameters before launch
- Maintain error-free delivery across all accounts
- Manage campaign timelines in coordination with the Client Success Manager
- Communicate blockers like missing assets, delayed approvals, or technical issues early
- Keep ClickUp updated with real-time campaign progress and delivery status
- Own final QA sign-off before sending
- Track and report campaign performance including open rate, CTR, revenue, and deliverability
- Identify performance patterns and share improvement suggestions
- Maintain clean flow structures, accurate segments, and strong deliverability
- Collaborate with strategists for A/B testing and campaign insights
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience managing ecommerce campaigns
- Deep understanding of segmentation, flows, and campaign setup
- Strong technical attention to detail from naming conventions to tracking links
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and collaborating across teams
- Basic HTML knowledge for troubleshooting
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce operations
- Understanding of email deliverability and optimization best practices
