• Oversee project logistics, inspections, and expediting processes

Requirements:

• Expeditor and Expediting skills
• Experience as a Project Management working for a GC is a must
• Experience in project inspection
• Management Skills
• Creating schedules and keeping the project on schedule
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer knowledge, excel, bid leveling
• Knowledge of construction industry practices
