Intern - Customer Success Team

Cadence is a pivotal leader in electronic design, building upon more than 30 years of computational software expertise. The intern will support the Customer Success team by collaborating with technical experts and learning about digital design and simulation processes in a dynamic environment focused on silicon technology.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a cohort based, three month program that will include interns from across the US and will consist of hands-on training in applications used for Digital Design/Simulation, Physical Design, Analog Layout, Advanced Verification, and Hardware Emulation
• Learn from the technical experts, sales and application engineers who provide the design services, technical sales and customer support to the most advanced Cadence customers
• Gain experience in fundamentals in design, verification, HDLs, Synthesis and timing
• Participate in embedded software development and HW/SW codesign and co-verification
• Work with UNIX, C/C++, and scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, Python
• Engage in digital physical design and implementation
• Assist in sign-off for timing, IR drop, power analysis, SI analysis
• Work on customer analog front end and physical design including schematics, testbenches and layout
• Network and participate in fun activities with the intern and recent college grad community at Cadence
