OpenText Project Manager

Yochana is seeking an Open Text Project Manager to lead IT projects in the Customer Communication Management domain. The role requires managing multiple projects, utilizing strong organizational skills, and leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications a plus)
• Exposure around Customer Communication Management (CCM) domain, great to have exposure with OT Exstream/Communications
• 5+ years of experience successfully managing IT projects of varying size and complexity
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with excellent organizational skills
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information clearly
• Effective at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification(s)
• Experience in software development or IT infrastructure environment
