CustomersAI is transforming how DTC and eCommerce brands identify, understand, and convert their customers through innovative solutions. The Account Executive role involves converting inbound interest from Shopify merchants and DTC brands into closed revenue while owning the full sales cycle and providing thought leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Work a high-velocity inbound pipeline of Shopify and DTC brands, running discovery, demos, and proposals with speed and precision
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close, ensuring a seamless handoff to Customer Success
- Supplement inbound with self-generated pipeline through LinkedIn, Slack communities, agency partners, and DTC events
- Communicate CustomersAI’s value across identity resolution, lifecycle revenue lift, paid media efficiency, and onsite conversion
- Collaborate with agency and integration partners to generate referrals and co-selling opportunities
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and flag deal risks early to GTM leadership
- Help shape the sales playbook, what’s working, what’s not, and how we improve conversion at every stage
