Conversational AI Engineer (LLM & Google Cloud)

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading company in the Healthcare Industry, currently seeking a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in LLM and Google Cloud. The role involves designing and developing conversational AI solutions, integrating AI models, and collaborating with teams to deliver scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google CES, Dialog flow, or similar platforms
• Integrate AI/LLM models into applications to enable intelligent interactions
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Implement and manage API integrations with third-party systems
• Optimize prompts and workflows for improved AI performance and user experience
• Deploy and maintain applications using cloud technologies
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and automation
• Ensure code quality using version control systems like Git

Requirements:

• Python
• AI integration and LLM models (Dialog flow, Google CES, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, API, JavaScript, Cloud Platform)
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with AI integration and LLM models (Dialog flow, Google CES, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with API integration
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Node.js
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in developing AI-driven or conversational applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications is a plus
