Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Product Marketing Leader to work for a top global tech client. In this role, you will drive B2B product marketing strategies, develop positioning and messaging for products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B product marketing strategies to increase adoption and engagement of advertising and promotions products
- Develop positioning, messaging, naming, and value propositions for new and existing features
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to bring products to market and scale adoption
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations that shape product roadmaps
- Lead go-to-market launches for new features and enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Sales teams
- Leverage data and experimentation to optimize performance and achieve product-market fit
- Support marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact for advertisers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product, or AdTech (startup or corporate environment)
- Experience working with B2B customers, ideally in restaurant, agency, or client-facing environments
- Proven success leading go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions (SQL a plus)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Strategy/Ops)
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
