Nutanix is a company that values architectural credibility and customer success, and they are seeking a Staff Technical Customer Experience Manager. This role involves serving as a lead technical authority for strategic accounts, collaborating with customer architecture teams, and providing insights to optimize data center operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead technical authority and post-sales trusted advisor for 6–8 strategic accounts, overseeing the architectural integrity of the environment from deployment to long-term operation
- Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution by partnering directly with customer architecture teams to align Nutanix solutions with enterprise-wide business needs
- Lead the design and documentation of tailored Customer Success Plans that function as technical roadmaps for long-term value realization
- Provide actionable, architect-level insights on technology usage, maturity, and best practices to optimize large-scale data center operations
- Act as a technical consultant during the onboarding process, ensuring that the initial deployment adheres to architectural best practices and desired business outcomes
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in high-level technical advisory or architectural roles, demonstrating undisputed credibility with mid-to-senior level technical leadership (CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure)
- Advanced mastery of architectural frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, etc., with the ability to apply these to complex, hybrid multicloud environments
- Deep technical knowledge in data center technology, specifically in designing resilient, scalable virtualization and storage platforms
- The technical pedigree supported by elite certifications (e.g., VCDX, NPX, NCX, VCAP, or TOGAF)
- Candidates currently operating as a Senior Architect or Principal Engineer are highly encouraged to apply
- Achieve the Nutanix Certified Expert (NCX) certification (training will be provided) within your first 6–12 months
