Square is a company that builds technology to increase access to the global economy. The Inside Sales Account Executive will join the Account Management team to help SMB business owners in the Food and Beverage sector grow their business through tailored guidance and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for growing and retaining a multi-million dollar customer base
- Understand Food and Beverage customer needs to help achieve their business goals through Square
- Cross sell and upsell products based on discovering customer needs
- Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues
- Help grow our managed accounts program through multiple seller touch points
- Work with our Sales, Support and Product teams to ensure customers have the best possible experience across all aspects of Square
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or related field
- Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships
- Experience successfully managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Passion and knowledge about how new technologies can help better serve small and medium size businesses
- Experience within the Food and Beverage industry
