SpeedPro is a commercial signage and large-format graphics company serving businesses across Central Indiana. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business through outbound efforts, relationship building, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect daily through calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Build and manage a pipeline of local B2B clients
- Identify and close opportunities in: Commercial real estate, Property management, Construction and development, Retail and multi-location businesses, Events and trade shows
- Meet with clients, understand needs, and propose solutions
- Work closely with internal production and installation teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to generate your own leads
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Commercial printing or signage
- Uniforms (Cintas, Aramark)
- Facility or recurring B2B services
