The Associate Product Marketing Manager for Animal Health drives strategy, growth, and market presence of veterinary and human health products, overseeing portfolio management and supporting new product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute clinically accurate, strategically aligned marketing programs for the Animal Health portfolio
- Own market strategy for on-market products and lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches within the veterinary market
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Supply Chain, and distribution to drive revenue growth across the animal and human portfolios within the veterinary market
- Execute product marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer-facing collateral, sales enablement tools, and sales training
- Lead convention and trade show messaging, content development, and execution
- Analyze veterinary market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to drive differentiated positioning and competitive response strategies
- Conduct VOC and market research to inform actionable product strategy, positioning, and messaging
- Build and apply clinical expertise in the veterinary space while leading special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years in product marketing, product management, or veterinary experience required
- Ability to translate business strategy, complex products, and market dynamics into clear, compelling customer messaging
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Well organized and able to manage priorities across multiple projects
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, changing organizations
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Highly organized self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and ability to balance strategic and tactical work
