Businessolver is a company that has been providing innovative benefits technology and services since 1998. They are looking for a Product Manager to lead feature work within their benefits administration platform, translating leadership's vision into actionable plans and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own defined features or workflows from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up
- Write clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and release notes
- Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options, edge cases, dependencies, and sequencing
- Use customer feedback, analytics, support signals, implementation feedback, and operational data to refine priorities
- Prepare launch readiness plans, including support needs, internal communications, training, and risk tracking
- Monitor adoption, quality, and operational outcomes after launch and drive follow-up improvements
- Maintain roadmap and backlog hygiene for assigned work and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
- Build working knowledge of Businessolver’s benefits administration domain, client delivery model, and compliance constraints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in product management or in an adjacent role such as business analysis, operations, implementation, UX, engineering, or client services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product artifacts
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and follow through on commitments
- Comfort using customer feedback, metrics, and operational inputs to make local trade-offs
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows
- Experience in SaaS, HR technology, benefits administration, healthcare-adjacent technology, or other regulated domains
- Experience supporting participant or administrator workflows, client implementations, or service operations
- Experience with common product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics tools, or design collaboration tools
