Eftsure is a fast-scaling SaaS fraud technology company protecting B2B payments for organizations globally. The Sales Engineer role involves driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-led selling while working closely with prospects to navigate fraud risk and design integrated solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, risk exposure, and operating environments, and position Eftsure’s solutions accordingly
- Deliver tailored, high-impact demos that clearly articulate business value, not just product features
- Translate complex customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions across payment integrity, supplier verification, and fraud prevention use cases
- Support RFIs/RFPs, develop proposals and presentations, and contribute to pricing and commercial discussions
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer needs, feedback loops, and go-to-market messaging
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging buyer needs, and the competitive landscape within payments, fraud, and verification technology
- Develop a working understanding of ERP, TMS, and procurement platforms to support customer integration discussions and solution design
- Represent Eftsure at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings, contributing to brand awareness and thought leadership
Requirements:
- 3–7 years' experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
- Strong preference for experience within payments, treasury, fintech, risk, or adjacent technologies
- Proven experience selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to high-performing sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience developing solution proposals, sizing, and technical documentation
- Ability to quickly grasp customer challenges related to payments, supplier data, fraud risk, and financial operations
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work across functions and time zones
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as needed
