JOB DESCRIPTION:
Architect at High Level but must have Hands-on and can go to basics on technical elements as well as Strategic elements -- Can design security model AND also configure Azure Policy
Required Skills & Experience Mandatory (Non Negotiable) 8 12+ years in IAM / Identity Security, with hands on Azure delivery. Deep practical experience with: o Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) o Azure RBAC & PIM o Conditional Access o Managed Identities Proven experience implementing NIST 800 53 controls. Direct experience supporting FedRAMP Moderate or High environments. Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture in regulated cloud. Technical Depth Strong scripting/automation skills: o PowerShell o Azure CLI o Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep preferred) Experience with identity federation protocols: o OAuth 2.0 o OIDC o SAML Familiarity with Azure logging and monitoring: o Azure Monitor o Log Analytics o Microsoft Sentinel
