What You'll Do
- Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Visit Expectations
- Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week
Compensation and Benefits
This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $45-50 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
What You'll Need
- Active COTA license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
