This position will assist the Technology Services staff with the daily functions of campus-wide technology and will provide technical/administrative support for students, staff, and faculty in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist students, staff, and faculty with computer and printer issues
- Help troubleshoot login issues and reset passwords
- Submit work orders on behalf of users to Help Desk ticketing system
- Assist users with print questions, Office365 issues, and general department knowledge
- Answer phone, take messages and perform general office duties
- Other projects as assigned by Technology Services staff
- Miscellaneous office duties, which may include lifting and moving IT equipment (For example: moving computers/printers, documentation, keeping workspace tidy, organizing shelves, crushing hard drives, etc.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be enrolled as a current Flagler College student
- Ability to work independently
- Prior customer service experience
- Shifts available during our office hours:

- 8am – 7pm Monday-Thursday
- 8am – 5pm Friday (No weekends required)
CHARACTERISTICS PREFERRED:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- General office experience required
- Basic knowledge of Printers, Windows and MacOS and Office365
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be asked to lift computers, boxes, (no more than 25lbs) and move them across campus
- Office environment (mostly indoors), but may be asked to walk across campus to run errands, or deliver equipment to other buildings/offices
* Training will be provided. We work with our student assistants to adapt the position and responsibilities to align with their skills and interests. This may mean exposure to web sites, graphic design, technology, business writing and customer service. Effort is made to provide the student with real-world experience that is applicable to their career goals and organized to be representable on a resume.
