We’re looking for a detail orientated and proactive Customer Insight Coordinator to join us on a 10 month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of our Customer Insights and Voice of Customer (VoC) programme and 2026 Guest Obsession initiatives.
About the role
You’ll support the day-to-day execution of our Customer Insights programme, working with data, surveys and stakeholders to ensure customer feedback is captured, organised and ready to inform decision making.
Working closely with the Customer Insights Manager and Director of Customer Engagement, you’ll help coordinate activity across survey, reporting and insight delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Triage adhoc customer insight briefs and share existing resources to support the awareness and use of insights around the business
- Develop and maintain Notion Customer Insights destination for self serve customer insights
- Coordinate survey changes, project manage deployment timelines
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support insight delivery
- Prepare and maintain insight reporting resources
- Support monthly brand tracker process by collating inputs, updating reporting and helping coordinate actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external partners to collate and organise customer feedback from surveys, verbatims and review platforms
- Support customer journey mapping and guest pain point tracking by gathering feedback, documenting touchpoints and maintaining action trackers
- Support tagging, categorisation and structuring of qualitative data
- Assist in preparing insight presentations and reports
- Maintain trackers for VoC initiatives, actions and progress
- Support QA and validation of data and reporting outputs
- Liaise with external agencies and vendor where required
- Create and maintain documented SOPs and ways of working

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and multiple data sources
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience supporting existing projects in addition to a self starter
