About this role
Talent Connect Group (TCG) is a company focused on supporting a fast-growing fintech SaaS platform preparing for launch. They are seeking a Junior DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer to work closely with engineering, QA, and global teams to ensure systems are secure, stable, and scalable.
Responsibilities:
- Support cloud environments across Dev, QA, Staging & Production
- Work with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and handle incidents
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines & deployments
- Investigate issues, collect logs, and support troubleshooting
- Improve runbooks, monitoring, and operational processes
- Collaborate with US + offshore teams for 24/7 coverage
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure / SRE
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker)
- Strong problem-solving + documentation skills
- Comfortable in a remote, distributed team
