KTek Resourcing is seeking an Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer to support their enterprise AVD platform. The role involves building, operating, and optimizing scalable virtual desktop environments with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and support Azure Virtual Desktop host pools
- Manage Windows 10/11 enterprise images and application delivery
- Configure and support FSLogix profile containers
- Troubleshoot AVD performance, connectivity, and session issues
- Implement scaling plans, availability, and cost optimization strategies
- Document AVD standards and operational runbooks
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience supporting virtual desktop or EUC platforms
- Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong experience with Azure compute, networking, and storage
- Experience with FSLogix profile management and troubleshooting
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills
