Priority ERP Implementation Project Manager - Remote

PRT Technologies is seeking a Priority ERP Implementation Project Manager to deliver high-quality results for clients. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction with ERP project deliveries, troubleshooting issues, and training client teams on the software modules.

Responsibilities:

• Getting a satisfaction rating of 8.5 or above (on a 1-10 scale) from clients after delivery of Priority ERP projects that meet their requirements
• Receiving a satisfaction rating of 8.5 or above from clients after training client team members on all modules of Priority, especially financials
• Successfully troubleshooting and solving issues clients have with Priority within 3 days, and within 1 day for critical issues
• Projects for clients went live with requirements met, on time and within budget
• Definitions for software customizations that meet client requirements and are bug free when released to clients
• You are responsible for creating the definition, testing and training the client team, while our development team does the development

• Ability to listen to clients and communicate effectively with them
• Quick technical grasp
• Fluent English
