Business Analyst

Alignerr is seeking experienced Business Analysts to lead and mentor a team of specialists in creating high-quality, business-focused content for AI training. The role involves managing workflows, conducting quality assurance, and guiding the creation of domain-specific content across various business areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating structured business content for AI training
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across the team
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
• Provide clear, constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and insights
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and domain-specific content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, strategy, and more

Requirements:

• Experienced team leader with 2+ years managing analysts, consultants, or specialist teams
• Seasoned business professional with 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused projects
• Strong analytical thinker with solid research skills and an eye for logical rigour
• Clear, confident communicator who can give detailed feedback and collaborate across teams
• Creative problem-solver who brings lateral thinking to complex business scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
• No prior AI experience required
• Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Background in case study writing, academic publishing, or research content creation
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
