Enterprise Product Marketing Manager (Platform and marketing services offerings)

US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm, and they are seeking a Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager to support Advisory Services and Technical Support Services within the Atlassian Success & Services portfolio. This role is crucial in driving awareness and expansion of the services portfolio while positioning Atlassian as a strategic partner for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform solution positioning and messaging
• Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with executive audiences and differentiates our products in the market
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership pieces
• Sales Enablement: Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, including training sessions, sales decks, and competitive battle cards
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the Account Based Marketing team to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Atlassian’s solutions
• Customer Engagement: Support customer engagements by ensuring our exec briefing content repository is up to date and gather feedback
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on running campaigns to an executive audience
• Proven experience launching products or features and driving meaningful customer adoption
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker who can also dive into execution with strong writing and communication skills
• Experience working on horizontal product capabilities or platform experiences
• Direct experience marketing services offerings, ideally including packaging, positioning, and GTM for services or support programs
• Proven partnership with services / customer success / support teams to design and launch services motions
• Clear examples of driving adoption and expansion of services through targeted messaging, enablement, and campaigns
• Top 3 tech skills: messaging and positioning, enterprise + exec expertise
• Top 3 soft skills: stakeholder management, executive presence, project management
• Top 3 Must haves: Executive presence, Messaging and Positioning, Enterprise expertise
