VBeyond Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations and transformation programs for Manufacturing and Automotive enterprises. The role involves overseeing end-to-end program delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds while ensuring alignment with business outcomes, timelines, quality, risk, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation programs (single or multi-org) from inception through stabilization
- Manage multi-cloud Salesforce engagements including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Govern delivery across cross-functional teams (Salesforce architects, developers, BAs, QA, integration, data, and change management)
- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
- Lead Salesforce programs covering: Dealer / Distributor network enablement, Aftermarket service operations (case management, service contracts, entitlements), Warranty & claims management, Assets / Installed base & serial number tracking, Parts ordering, returns, and service logistics, Fleet, B2B, and multi-site account hierarchies
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with OEM, Tier 1 supplier, and distributor operating models
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, business sponsors, IT heads, and Salesforce COEs
- Drive executive steering committees, QBRs, RAID discussions, and milestone reviews
- Manage expectations across global stakeholders, resolving conflicts related to scope, priority, funding, and timelines
- Establish strong delivery governance including: Scope management and change control, Risk and dependency tracking, Quality gates and phase exits
- Proactively identify risks related to integrations (ERP, CLM, third-party, and in-house applications), data migration, security, and performance
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements
- Own project financials including: Budget planning and tracking, Forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin management, Vendor and SI partner coordination
- Support presales activities including: Program estimates, Delivery approach, Program roadmap and resourcing plans
- Lead Agile delivery at scale including: PI planning, sprint governance, and backlog prioritization, Release planning across multiple workstreams
- Ensure effective UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare management
- Drive adoption KPIs, release readiness, and post go-live stabilization
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce programs for Manufacturing or Automotive clients
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce project management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and implementation best practices
- Hands-on experience managing ERP integrations (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) with Salesforce
- Deep understanding of dealer/distributor landscapes, service models, and asset-centric business processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Strong command over Agile / SAFe program delivery models
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, or Dealer/Partner portals
- Experience managing global rollouts, multi-language, and multi-currency Salesforce orgs
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or enterprise integration patterns
- Prior experience managing CRM transformation or consolidation programs
