GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for their Majesco modules role. The Business Analyst will work with customers to define configuration requirements, produce requirement and functional design documents, and manage end-to-end business requirement sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Working with customers to define configuration requirements, and developing an overall configuration approach for the client
- Producing requirement and functional design documents using an agile gap-analysis and directed requirements approach to lead the customer needs definition
- Create and Review the functional requirements and gap documents by means of process flows and diagrams
- Configuring the products and business process rules to solve customer business challenges
- Provide inputs to Product management team to share customer configuration concepts and further develop our base product features
- Review end to end test strategy and cases for customer scenarios
- Train end users on implemented business functionalities
- Manage end to end business requirement sessions including running the workshops
- Has had end to end ownership for business deliverables on a project
- Coordinate inter-dependencies are resolve issues
Requirements:
- Proven expertise of Business Analysis Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Domain knowledge of India/Asia Pacific/North America/UK Property & Casualty (P&C) on Policy Administration systems/Billing/Claims
- Estimation
- Reviewing end to end test strategy and cases for customer scenarios
- Readiness to travel frequently to conduct customer meetings for the gathering the requirements
- Insurance domain profiles
