VP Data Center Product / Systems Engineering (Hyperscale Infrastructure)

CloudSeekers is supporting a leading organization on the product side of data center infrastructure. This role focuses on defining and shaping infrastructure products, systems, and architectures used within hyperscale environments, emphasizing product strategy and systems engineering rather than construction or delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive data center infrastructure product strategy (power, cooling, compute environments)
• Translate hyperscale requirements into scalable system designs and technical roadmaps
• Work closely with engineering, hardware, and network teams to develop infrastructure solutions
• Lead capacity planning, performance optimization, and system-level decision making
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies (AI workloads, liquid cooling, high-density compute)
• Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and deployment teams
• Support long-term platform strategy and standardization across sites

Requirements:

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.)
• Background in: Systems engineering, Infrastructure architecture, Data center engineering (NOT construction delivery)
• Strong understanding of: Power + cooling systems, High-density / AI infrastructure, Network + compute environments
• Experience influencing product or platform decisions, not just execution
• Ability to think in terms of systems, scale, and long-term strategy
