4Sight Labs provides real-time biometric monitoring for inmates, using wearable sensors and analytics to detect health and safety risks. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for generating qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team, educating prospective clients on their solutions and setting meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in correctional facilities, healthcare, and public safety organizations
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to generate new sales opportunities
- Qualify outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, workflows, and operational challenges
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track outreach activity
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to optimize messaging, campaigns, and targeting
- Provide feedback on trends, objections, and opportunities observed in the field
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and qualified meeting goals
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, lead generation, or sales development roles (B2B SaaS or technology preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (50–100+ touches/day)
- Ability to learn and use sales tools (CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc)
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience selling into government, healthcare, or public safety sectors
- Prior experience in early-stage or mission-driven companies
