State Farm Agent is looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Remote Business Development Representatives. In this role, you will work with inbound leads, outbound opportunities, and current clients to uncover needs, close business, and grow accounts through multiline solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
- Build trust quickly and close new business opportunities
- Cross-sell and upsell current customers
- Educate clients on coverage gaps and protection options
- Follow a proven sales process and hit performance goals
- Continuously improve through coaching and training
- Manage pipeline and follow-up consistently
