LiveLab Media US is a leading TikTok-dedicated service provider helping brands scale on TikTok. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and close deals with brands, driving growth through TikTok-first strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential brands (local US & International) across categories such as Beauty, Fashion, Home Decor, and Electronics
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to contract negotiation and closing
- Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand brand pain points and pitch tailored solutions (TikTok Shop setup, Affiliate operating, Paid Ads, and Livestreaming)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and marketing leads
- Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, policy changes, and competitor moves to position our agency as the premier authority in the space
- Work closely with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from "closed-won" to "active client."
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/BD within E-commerce, Digital Marketing Agencies, or SaaS (Experience with TikTok Shop or Amazon SPN is a major plus)
- An existing network of contacts within US-based consumer brands/DTC brands is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem (Creator marketplace, Shop, Livestreaming, and Spark Ads)
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex TikTok concepts for traditional brand owners
- A 'hunter' mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where the platform rules change frequently
