Amerit Consulting is a provider of healthcare service plans, and they are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to support the development and delivery of member marketing materials across various healthcare lines. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, providing strategic direction, and ensuring quality control of communications and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of smaller-scale marketing campaigns and mandated communications, including web pages, emails, and mailers
- Develop creative briefs and provide strategic direction for assigned projects
- Open and manage jobs in the traffic management system (Workfront)
- Gather feedback from business partners and consolidate and annotate revisions
- Submit materials for Legal and Compliance review, then consolidate and annotate follow-up edits
- Review drafts carefully to ensure all requested edits are completed accurately
- Develop versioning grids and support material build processes
- Help document implementation and reporting requirements
- Monitor translations, print production, delivery, and online posting
- Pull and analyze campaign and material performance metrics
- Support development and management of detailed project plans for larger-scale mandated materials
- Perform quality control checks on materials, communications, and web pages across the team as needed
- Organize and post final documents and kitted materials in designated locations for vendors and business partners
- Communicate regularly with key business partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Thorough experience in marketing and/or healthcare
- Upto 5 years of project management experience, including tools such as Workfront
- 5+ years of campaign development experience
