Meera AI is an AI-powered conversation platform helping sales and support teams improve outreach and engagement. They are seeking a Junior Customer Success Associate to support customer onboarding, communication, and account management, working closely with Senior CSMs in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding of new customers alongside Senior CSMs
- Assist in tracking customer progress, adoption, and engagement
- Join customer calls and take clear, structured notes and follow-ups
- Help manage multiple accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items
- Monitor basic customer health signals and flag risks proactively
- Coordinate across teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar tools) with accurate data
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis of customer performance
- Help prepare materials for check-ins and QBRs
