HP is seeking a dynamic Partner Business Manager (PBM) to manage and grow relationships with strategic partners in the Personal Systems and Imaging & Printing segments. The role requires a consultative approach to selling and strong financial and technical acumen to drive revenue and develop go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with 15–20 partners, ensuring alignment with HP’s objectives and long-term growth
- Engage partners with a solutions-oriented approach, identifying opportunities that deliver value across PS and Imaging portfolios
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market share
- Analyze partner performance, assess ROI, and provide insights on investments and resource allocation
- Work cross-functionally with HP teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to deliver seamless partner experiences
- Set revenue targets, track KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts to ensure accountability and transparency
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine partner strategies
- Navigate and resolve partner challenges while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
- Share best practices and coach junior team members when needed
