DevOps Engineer | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure while implementing CI/CD pipelines and optimizing cloud resources.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Manage end-to-end cloud infrastructure, addressing real production issues and ensuring high system availability
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK)
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor resource utilization across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Champion DevSecOps best practices, including container security, API protection, and secret management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and rapid debugging strategies

Requirements:

• Have strong relevant experience in DevOps roles with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Possess deep technical knowledge of DevSecOps toolkits, including Jenkins, Terraform, Git/Version control, and containerization technologies
• Have hands-on experience with large-scale, high-availability production environments and real-time issue resolution
• Have a solid understanding of DevOps automation tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions) and best practices for zero-downtime deployments
• Demonstrate proficiency in infrastructure security, including IAM, secrets management, network security, and API protection
