Sr. Peoplesoft Project Manager

Remote: Remote  8:00 am 5:00 pm PT regardless of their current time zone

Length of Contract: 6-12 months

• This person may be responsible for managing projects within the WFA, ePerformance space, but highly beneficial if they had overall PeopleSoft project management module (Benefits, GL, Payroll, Absence Management, etc.) experience.

• 7+ serving as overall Peoplesoft Project Manager

• Manage more than one project based on complexity or criticality (must have skill set as it is highly likely they will have more than one project)

• Escalate in a timely manner

• Produce detailed project plans

• Drive project to completion

• Hold resources and task owners accountable

• Report out to senior executive leadership

• Well organized and can run project team meetings/Sprints

• Either step into project mid-way, or manage from start

• Can communicate and articulate very clearly to all levels of stakeholders

• Project Management Professional certification

• PeopleSoft module project management experience (WFA, ePerformance)

• Experience managing projects in higher education domain
