Job Description Summary
Leads the acceleration of our progress on Sustainable Productivity Hoshin and the vision of “capacity expansion through non-value added (NVA) activity elimination” to meet the growth demands over next 5-10 years. Sets priorities and drives the execution of Lean roadmap across Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) Value Objects (VOs) for Gas Power Services business-line globally. Develops the vision for Target Conditions for VOs and leads the implementation, partnering with ITR Region Leaders and Value Object owners within TX & MYA business lines, One Field Services and Upgrades functions to ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and sustained.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Leads the development of target conditions for each Value Object ensuring “activities within a process are linked to value creation and value creation is measured in terms of business outcomes”… one of the GEV Target Conditions
- Utilizes Lean tools to develop Sustainable Productivity action-plan through identification and approval of projects that lead to multi-year productivity pipeline
- Coaches / manages a team of Lean Leaders, drives program management and owns the delivery of NVA Hours reduction in current year that translate to improved standard work for operators
- Partners with Business Operations COE to build Sustainable Productivity capabilities towards GEV Target Condition “lead time optimization as the key driver”
- Facilitate Valuestream Mapping exercise and Kaizen events specifically focused on NVA hours identification and elimination, and ultimately lead-time optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 10 years’ experience in the Operations environment with strong business process understanding with proven track record of results using Quality and Lean methodologies OR High school diploma/GED and 20 years of experience in the Operations environment with strong business process understanding with proven track record of results using Quality & Lean methodologies.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $140,300.00 and $233,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
