We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax and Consulting Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in public accounting, with demonstrated expertise in tax compliance, planning, and consulting. You will play a key role in managing client engagements, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality service to small and medium-sized business clients.

Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation, or CPA eligibility (preferred)
Licensure:
• Active Georgia CPA license (preferred), or actively pursuing CPA licensure
Experience:
• 2-5 years of recent experience in a public accounting firm (required)
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for various entities
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax code and reporting requirements
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in tax preparation software
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, etc.)
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
