Position Summary:
The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading TireHub’s replenishment activities across a nationwide network of regional distribution centers (TLC) and last mile delivery centers (TLC).
The Director of Supply Chain has a technical background and the business vision to align supply and demand planning goals and objectives to business solutions. This role will be accountable for driving, measuring, and continuously improving TireHub’s S&OP, supply chain and inventory availability processes.
This position is a senior leader reporting directly to the Vice President, Supply Chain and Inventory strategy.

Role Specifics:
- The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for driving, measuring, and improving TireHub’s inventory availability and network flow.
- Leads RDC and TLC replenishment planning teams in developing and executing strategies that meet customer service and unit cost goals.
- Monitors and continuously improve key metrics, including capacity utilization, transportation efficiency, inventory investment, and freight expense.
- Drives and sustains a collaborative Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the organization.
- Partners cross-functionally to align supply chain strategy with broader business priorities.
- Manages an SG&A budget with accountability for financial performance.
- Represents and reinforces TireHub’s vision, values, and operational goals at all levels.
- Ensures individual personal adherence to TireHub policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-person, virtual or computer-based learning modules as assigned.
- Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of Leadership, as requested.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of people management with demonstrated leadership progression.
- Proven leadership in supply chain planning, including ownership of an S&OP process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Progressive experience in a supply chain planning leadership role, experience in leading/significant contributor to S&OP process.
- Deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to institute, sustain and improve a collaborative S&OP process.
- Expertise in development or continuous improvement of inventory management strategies, implementation and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate in a highly matrixed work environment.
- The leader must be strategic, yet laser focused on execution to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Ability to lead, motivate, influence and develop a diverse team of operations professionals.
- Ability to manage critical feedback, changing priorities and a dynamic landscape professionally.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates expertise in warehouse operations, fleet operations, route planning and contract negotiations.
- Experience with building in managing a new business startup or re-engineering.
Work Environment
- This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
- Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
- Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to support the department.
- This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
- Must be able to travel up to 25%.
