About this role
Nasscomm is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Product Manager to lead strategy and stakeholder alignment for a large-scale Maximo program. The role involves defining product scope, managing the product backlog, and optimizing processes while ensuring effective communication and training in a consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, product backlog, and stakeholder alignment for a large-scale, multi-year Maximo program
- Define product scope, value cases, KPIs, and release plans
- Shape the Maximo vision and roadmap aligned to business outcomes such as reliability, compliance, and uptime
- Lead end-to-end process design from request intake to closeout
- Optimize mobile technician experience
- Translate business needs into configurations, integrations, and automation
- Manage backlog, gather requirements, lead workshops, and support agile ceremonies
- Drive adoption, ensure data quality, and enable reporting and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Maximo experience
- Deep expertise in asset, inventory, procurement, and work management
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven experience delivering end-user and admin training in a consulting-driven environment
- Ability to define product scope, value cases, KPIs, and release plans
- Experience shaping the Maximo vision and roadmap aligned to business outcomes such as reliability, compliance, and uptime
- Experience leading end-to-end process design from request intake to closeout
- Ability to optimize mobile technician experience
- Ability to translate business needs into configurations, integrations, and automation
