Software Engineer (Full Stack Web) | $90/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build, maintain, and scale web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features, writing clean and efficient code, and optimizing applications for performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and scale web and mobile applications across multiple technology stacks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features with a strong user focus
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code aligned with best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Stay updated on new technologies and recommend practical improvements to systems and workflows
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, decisions, and updates across the team

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Backend Engineer
• Proficiency in technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, C++, React Native, C#, C, CSS, HTML, WordPress, and PHP
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation practices
