About this role
Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within R&D Quality. This role focuses on driving process improvements, operational excellence, and data-driven solutions across R&D Quality functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization
- Ensure strong project governance, reporting, and risk management
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, quality, and compliance teams
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years in clinical research / pharma / biotech
- Strong knowledge of GxP (GCP, GMP, etc.)
- Experience with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or SDLC
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
