The role involves supporting projects, making telephonic outreach calls to providers, and ensuring outreach projects meet campaign deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in Outbound Provider Outreach Team
- Support projects including: Provider Data Accuracy, Rejected Claims Education, Product Awareness Campaigns (large campaigns coming soon)
- Make telephonic outreach calls to providers
- Document call outcomes accurately for tracking and reporting
- Ensure outreach projects meet campaign deadlines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2–5 years of call center experience
- Customer service in a call center environment
- Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Call center experience
- Managed Care experience
