Hims & Hers is the leading health and wellness platform, on a mission to help the world feel great through the power of better health. They are seeking a performance marketing leader to own and scale their paid social program, managing a significant budget while driving growth and improving performance through strategic insights and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the paid social program, managing a nine-figure annual budget against aggressive CPA and ROAS targets
- Define and evolve a full-funnel social strategy, expanding beyond performance into awareness and consideration to unlock incremental, efficient growth
- Leverage AI and automation to improve how we generate insights, execute campaigns, and report on performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and bring them to market
- Translate complex measurement inputs (MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift, etc.) into clear, actionable investment decisions
- Build and execute a robust testing roadmap across creative, targeting, and platform optimizations
- Lead creative strategy and production in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
- Identify and launch new channels, betas, and experiments to drive scalable growth
- Coach and develop a high-performing team across multiple levels
- Serve as a key driver of cross-functional initiatives that improve how we acquire and engage customers
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a track record of owning and scaling large budgets (8–9 figures)
- Deep expertise in paid social platforms (especially Meta) and performance measurement frameworks
- Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, not just lower-funnel optimization
- Experience using AI, automation, or advanced tooling to improve marketing efficiency, insights, or execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex, ambiguous data into clear recommendations
- Experience building and scaling processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
