AbsenceSoft is transforming the employee experience with their secure, intuitive technology. They are seeking a strategic HR professional to serve as a People Partner, guiding workforce planning and employee engagement while leading programs for employee growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive meaningful outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, career development, and talent retention
- Leverage people data and analytics to identify workforce trends and recommend thoughtful, data-informed action plans
- Design and deliver learning initiatives, workshops, and development resources that strengthen employee capabilities and support career growth
- Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility efforts across teams, aligning these programs with performance frameworks
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency in policies, practices, and employee experiences across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner capacity
- Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs, along with managing payroll and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment regulations, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate it into actionable insights, paired with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR)
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
