• Proficiency in Technical Analysis and developing Trading Strategies
• Strong Analytical and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work during non-standard hours
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of financial trends and market influences
• Experience or interest in sales and social media is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is advantageous
