The Brickers Foundation is seeking an organized Project Manager to join their team in a volunteer capacity. This role involves overseeing and tracking various project deliverables, coordinating schedules, and supporting organizational growth through effective management and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track project timelines, key dates, and milestones to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
- Report project statuses to interested stakeholders
- Update project schedules based on new or adjusted tasks
- Serve as a liaison among internal teams and team leads to ensure consistent communication and progress
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes
- Identify potential delays or issues and communicate updates or solutions proactively
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to track multiple project timelines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and partners
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms)
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through on assigned tasks
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
- Previous experience in a non-profit, volunteer, or community development setting is a plus
