IntePros is focused on supporting large-scale engineering retrofit initiatives across multiple operational sites. The Program Manager will coordinate vendor execution, manage project milestones, and ensure successful deployment of retrofit solutions in live environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of retrofit initiatives across multiple sites
- Travel to assigned sites (home base aligned where possible) to oversee project execution
- Manage vendors on-site throughout deployment phases
- Track and ensure completion of project milestones, including quality and timelines
- Conduct daily oversight of work progress and repeat monitoring throughout project lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., engineering, operations) to ensure alignment
- Review engineering documentation and validate implementation accuracy
- Manage temporary systems and ensure operational continuity during retrofits
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in project or program management
- Experience working in operational or engineering-focused environments
- Bachelor's degree may be required
- Strong program/project management experience with heavy coordination responsibilities
- Technical background with engineering experience
- Networking knowledge and testing experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple active workstreams in live operational environments
- Engineering background (electrical or mechanical)
- Experience working on retrofit projects or within live operational sites
- Background in material handling environments
