Mav is an AI-powered solution designed to revolutionize the insurance industry by engaging leads through friendly text messages. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for outbound lead generation, conducting customer outreach, and fostering connections with prospects.
Responsibilities:
- You will qualify leads, book meetings for the sales team, and work collaboratively with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Regular reporting and tracking of lead pipeline activities will also be an integral part of the responsibilities
- Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify them as sales opportunities
- Set up meetings between prospective customers and sales team
- Report to account executive with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
- Prior experience as a sales development rep or recruiter
