About this role
Skan AI is pioneering the context engine for human and agentic execution, aiming to transform how large organizations execute complex work. The Software Engineer will focus on building trusted agents, orchestrating them at scale, and enhancing execution efficiency and accuracy through process insights.
Responsibilities:
- How do we build agents that can be trusted to execute critical business flows for large enterprises in a verifiable and trustworthy manner? How do we future-proof this as LLMs evolve?
- How do we run thousands—tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands—of agents at scale?
- A key value proposition of our agentic AI platform is the process insights we already have about our customers' existing processes. How do we use that ground truth to enhance both the efficiency and accuracy of execution?
- Build the user-facing pieces that empower humans to manage and work seamlessly with agents
Requirements:
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products
- Motivation and high agency to drive outcomes—we have a high-autonomy culture, and each team member has lots of agency to overcome obstacles and achieve business impact
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems with modern languages and infrastructure
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience building AI-powered products
- Experience building enterprise-grade products with a solid understanding of security principles, identity, and access management
- Comfort working closely with enterprise customers
- Previous experience founding or working at startups
