CRCC is seeking a Director of Product Management for a full-time remote role. The Director will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving product initiatives, and ensuring product alignment with business goals, while overseeing teams and managing product development processes.

Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management

- Experience in Team Leadership and motivating cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate complex initiatives
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and align products with company goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or relevant industries is a plus
