Ravelin Technology is a company focused on making online transactions safer for clients. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to source and manage initial interactions with potential enterprise clients, working closely with the sales team to generate leads and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in customer & prospect accounts
- Contact 30+ prospects daily via email, Linkedin and other various forms of outreach
- Qualify pre-opportunities by identifying Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe
- Generate pipeline through marketing programs and coordinate meetings with Account Execs
- Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
Requirements:
- Around 1 years experience in a professional environment (experience on phone or public speaking preferred)
- High ethical and moral standards and great at nourishing relationships
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English (ideally native German speaker)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience developing leads through targeted direct outreach and marketing campaigns
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to learn our subject matter fast
